Event Hire Services is a premium event hire business operating across Sydney’s Northern Beaches and the Southern Highlands. Their existing website no longer reflected the quality of their offering — it was outdated in design, limited in functionality, and not built for the way their clients actually browsed and enquired.

The Brief

A complete redesign aligned with their existing branding, with a stronger emphasis on product photography and a streamlined quoting process that would reduce friction for clients and administration time for the business.

What We Built

The redesigned site is clean, visually led, and fully mobile-responsive. A WooCommerce integration powers the hire quoting system — clients can browse products, build a quote, and submit their event details in a single flow. We also developed Lookbooks: curated styled shoots where visitors can add entire looks to their quote directly from the image, without having to hunt through the catalogue item by item. It’s a feature that turns inspiration into action.
