WINE LABEL DESIGN

Greenwich Park Wines
Southern tablelands, NSW

Greenwich Park Wines is a boutique vineyard and winery located at the foot of the Cookbundoon Ranges, just outside Goulburn NSW. They came to us with a clear brief: wine labels that felt contemporary and prestigious, with a distinctive graphic element that could serve as the visual signature of the brand.

The Challenge

The client needed labels that would hold their own on a shelf — clean and confident enough to communicate quality at a glance, while also telling a story specific to their location and character.

The Approach

The defining element of the design is a custom illustration of the winery’s landscape — the Cookbundoon Ranges and the Great Dividing Range rendered in a layered, graphic style. The two ranges are treated differently: the Cookbundoon represented through overlapping saturated blocks of colour, and the Great Dividing Range drawn in outline. The contrast between the two creates depth and visual interest while anchoring the brand firmly to its place.

The Result

A series of wine labels that are striking on the shelf and honest about where they come from. Contemporary in execution, with a sense of place that gives the brand genuine character.
